Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order before payment or just cancel this order to make a new one. But you had better not change it after you make payment because it may delay your order preparation.

How do I check my order status or track my order?

1. Log in to your account
2. Track your order by following Account -> Orders -> Tracking

My order status is still under processing, when will it be shipped?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
The processing time depends on the specifications of the products. Our average time is to ship you order in 2-5 days.

How do I return an item?

Click Account -> Return to check our Return policy

How do I cancel my order? Can I get my money back after cancellation?

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled before shipping out. You should submit a ticket regarding cancellation request in our support center once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
